This policy explains how this website uses cookies and similar technologies, in compliance with the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, the provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 8 May 2014 (no. 229), its cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021 and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
01. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device while you browse, so that the site can work properly or remember information about your visit. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way.
02. What this site stores
This website does not use profiling or advertising cookies and does not track visitors across other sites. It only stores, in your browser, what is needed to remember your choices:
- ls-theme — local storage, the theme you chose (dark or light)
- ls-cookie-consent — local storage, your choices about statistics and video previews
The hosting provider may also set strictly necessary technical cookies, required for routing and security. None of these require consent.
03. Only with your consent
Each purpose has its own choice. Until you choose, both stay off. Declining, or closing the banner with ×, keeps them off and changes nothing in how the site works.
- Anonymous statistics — Vercel Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate form, without cookies and without identifying you. Without consent the script is never loaded.
- Video previews — on the home page, resting the pointer on a work plays a short YouTube preview inside the circle. YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) may then store data in your browser. Without consent the circle shows a still cover served by this site.
You can change your choices at any time:
No choice made yet: everything is off
04. Videos on the work pages
On each work page the YouTube player loads only when you press play; the notice next to the player tells you so. Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once loaded, YouTube may store data in your browser to deliver the video: policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
05. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies and stored data at any time from your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how the site works. Guides: Chrome (support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647), Safari (support.apple.com/guide/safari/sfri11471), Firefox (support.mozilla.org/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox).
